Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We don't store your card details.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for rates and times.

Our returns policy is set out on the returns page and applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and garments are made in batches, so slight variation is normal and isn't a fault.

The Prismatic name, logo, artwork, graphics and site content belong to us. You can't reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.
