Every Prismatic order ships tracked from Perth. Spend $150 or more and shipping is on us.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AWST on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. During a new release or a sale, allow an extra 1–2 days for packing.
As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow it on our order tracking page.
Lost or delayed parcels
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it up or send a replacement.
