• Order history and what's in your bag.
• Basic usage data such as pages viewed, used to improve the store.

Card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.

To process and ship your order, handle returns, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you release and sale emails. You can unsubscribe any time.

Only the services needed to run the store: our ecommerce and payment platform, and the couriers who deliver your parcel. We don't sell or rent your information.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email us and we'll sort it out.

We use cookies to keep your bag between visits and to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag may stop working.
